Let’s Act!
Baby Dance is a fun class, involving
creative movement for parents and
toddlers. Your baby will learn to move
to music and go on adventures like the
Gingerbread Man! How about climbing
a beanstalk or moving like a slithery
snake, a superhero or a jack-in-thebox? Every week is an adventure – if
your child can walk, they can come and
dance!
A great way for your child to make
friends and unleash their inner
adventurer! One week you could be
Indiana Jones, the next an alien from
another planet. The class is an
introduction to dance and drama.
Emphasis is upon playing together and
being creative with movement, drama,
dance and music. Please note: children
should be toilet-trained; if not, parents
should remain in the building.
This is a new, fun drama class. Each
week, the children will work in small
groups to create their own scenes from
given titles such as ‘Excuse me, waiter,
my burger is not cooked!’ or ‘Oh no!
We’re stuck in the lift!’ As a class, they
will also be involved in group plays
such as ‘The Pirates and the Long-Lost
Treasure’, and they will have a chance
to perform their favourite pieces at the
end of term. Children will develop
creativity and confidence, as well as
improving their speech and learning to
work with others. Some weeks will be
dress-up days on the themes of the
movie Frozen, pirates and superheroes.

Dancing for
Kids
This course is designed to spark the
imagination of 7-12 year olds so they
can develop their writing skills within a
fun and relaxed environment. Using
supportive materials, writing prompts,
fun activities and inspiration, each child
will have the chance to develop their
communication skills and begin to
understand creative self-expression.
Please bring a notepad or exercise
book along.

their favourite stars? These classes for
children will cover a number of the
styles of dance made famous on
Strictly Come Dancing. As well as
dance, games, fun and adventure are
guaranteed. If your child loves to
dance, this is the class for them!
