Belly dance not only provides you with
some killer moves that tone you up,
but also with moves that give you the
opportunity to feel empowered, to
increase self-esteem and to feel
vibrant! This workshop offers routines
that intend to open up the hips, loosen
the torso, and work out tensions in the
body through learning how to move
more fluidly and gracefully. No
previous dance experience necessary
and all women are welcome!
Full of energy, rock ‘n’ roll and jive will
entertain you for two hours! Konrad
will take you on an amazing journey to
America, the home country of jive.
Wear sports shoes and bring some
water. Good fun guaranteed. No
partner required.
