This class maintains the legacy of Helen
Lewis. It is fun. It is demanding. It is
intergenerational. The emphasis is on
both technique and creativity. Please
wear movement-friendly clothes.
The class will be an hour intensive,
learning the techniques of Irish dance
soft shoe. It focuses on cardio, strength,
stamina, flexibility and alignment. A
fantastic opportunity to go back to
basics! Please bring comfortable
pumps or dance barefoot.
An excellent way to end your day, this
dynamic form of yoga helps you
connect your breath, body and mind.
Improve your strength, flexibility and
balance, while keeping your body safe
with proper alignment. Good for
beginners or anyone wanting to
improve their practice. Mats and props
provided.
If you like Zumba, this class is for you!
Jig Fit is fitness with a twist,
incorporating Irish dance skills. Irish
dance is a great way to improve cardio
fitness, strength and flexibility, so why
not make it fun! No experience in Irish
Dance is necessary but a passion to get
fit is!
