As I celebrate my 25th year as the General Manager / CEO of Program Success Magazine , I cant help but to reflect and review some of the moments of development that brought me to this point . Some good and some not so good . Raising two young children who needed and wanted much attention as they developed was an added task . Also , living without a steady paycheck was most challenging to our family stability . How we made it . .. only by the grace of God .
What a pleasure it is to once again publish our Women In Business special edition of the Program Success Magazine . I know without a doubt many of these women experience challenges similar to mine . It is my opinion that ALL women should be in this issue . Women who take care of their homes daily are Women In Business too . Women who are mothers and caregivers are Women in Business too . The women in this issue run tight shifts at home caring for their families while at the same time running Major Corporations and 501-3C ' s as CEO ' s , COO ' s , Directors and University Professors .
Many of the women here that are featured started with an idea or a dream . Most with no startup capital , but all with Faith . As you read about these women as they share with you their businesses , ideas and dreams , I encourage you to help support their endeavors .
