Major Accomplishment " Divine Intervention " In Duval County Public Schools , Jacksonville , Florida I wrote and desi gn ed the first school based After-School Program to redirect children making wrong choices Operation Tum-A-Round ( copyright 1989 , Library of Congress , Washington DC ). This program was introduced to the then Governor Lawton Chiles and Florida State Legislation by former Senator Betty Holzendorf . After program Review , it was placed in the finance formula for ' Statewide Education ' a tag for Safe School Program . Operation Tum-A-Round was used to create what we now know as ' Team-Up ' in Duval County Public School System .
