I can - cream of chicken soup September 2014
I can - white great northern beans undrained I cup - chicken broth I cup - chopped chicken I / 2cup - chopped tomatoes l / 2cup - chopped onions l / 2cup - chopped celery 2tbsp ( tablespoons ) - Goya adobo all purpose seasoning with pepper ltsp ( teaspoon ) - kosher salt I tsp - white pepper or black pepper I / 4cup - butter

Directions :

Melt butter in sauce pan . Saute onions , celery , and butter until tender for about I 0 minutes . Add to soup pot or crock pot . Add tomatoes , seasonings , stir . Add beans , chicken , broth and stir again and let cook for 30 minutes on low heat or put in crock pot and let cook for 4 hours on high , or 6 to 8 hours on low . Adjust seasonings , can add if needed . Prep time - 20 minutes Cook - 30 minutes , total cook time 50 minutes or more . Can double recipe for a crowd ** Note : can be cooked in croc pot on low over night .
