Eddie ensures when you you walk into a safety and secure environment where the lights and elevator work and the air is at the mandated temperature where doctors and nurses can perform their duties . The staff Eddie supervises you may never see or notice but they are the ones who keep the facility up and running .
Medical facilities are constantly changing and evolving due to changes in the community and regulatory changes and mandates . Eddie directs the organization mission / goals including all new construction , renovations , modernizations , capital equipment , security , clinical engineering , and infrastructure replacement projects for the facility . Eddie also serves as the Safety Officer for the organization .
