On the left side of the tour bus you will notice families living on the streets because they lost their homes to foreclosure , and their credit rating won ’ t allow them to even rent an apartment . ranks as one of the most liberal states when it comes to what lenders can charge in the way of interest rates . In other words , “ loan sharking ” is legal in the state of Florida .
There is the ‘ A gallon of milk is how much ?’ stress . There is the ‘ crime is happening just outside our door ,’ stress . There is the ‘ Do I buy food , or do I buy medicine ,’ stress .
Lining the streets in front of the bus you will find many homeowners who are just barely hanging on . You know that the next time the bus comes around , many of these families will be on the left side of the bus . Their homes will be up for grabs and these families will be in the streets looking for shelter . These families in front of the bus are living in many different stressful situations . It is stressful on many different levels . If you look closely , can see the stress in their eyes .
There is the ‘ my job is being out sourced ’ stress . There is the ‘ I can ’ t afford the gas price ’ stress .
Many homeowners don ’ t know what to do and don ’ t know who to call . They usually get the run around when they do talk to someone . Some families just pack up and walk away believing there is no way out . After a few good years of living the American dream , the nightmare begins and it ’ s going to last a long time .
When you look behind the foreclosure bus , you will see many carcasses of the human animals . These humans trusted the bureaucrats over and over again . Losing more and more of their dream with each transaction . They lost some dream time to the property tax rebate fiasco . They lose a little more every time the price of milk goes up . Some politicians are contemplating raising the tax on gas . When will we wake up ?
This foreclosure bus attraction is just warming up . Vulture investors , realtors and tourist investors from other countries might be riding through your neighborhood real soon . The low value of the dollar on the world markets makes it possible for foreigners to buy property in the United States for mere pennies on the dollar . They have our jobs , they have our money , and it only makes sense for them to have our houses too !
