Recipes
Makes- 4-6 servings
Ingrediants
1can - cream of chicken soup
1can - white great northern beans
undrained
1cup - chicken broth
1cup - chopped chicken
1/2cup - chopped tomatoes
1/2cup - chopped onions
1/2cup - chopped celery
2tbsp (tablespoons) - Goya adobo all
purpose seasoning with pepper
1tsp (teaspoon) - kosher salt
1tsp - white pepper or black pepper
1/4cup - butter
Creamy White Bean Soup
Directions:
Melt butter in sauce pan. Sauté onions, celery, and butter until tender for about 10
minutes. Add to soup pot or crock pot. Add tomatoes, seasonings, stir. Add beans,
chicken, broth and stir again and let cook for 30 minutes on low heat or put in crock pot
and let cook for 4 hours on high, or 6 to 8 hours on low. Adjust seasonings, can add if
needed.
Prep time - 20 minutes
Cook - 30 minutes, total cook time 50 minutes or more.
Can double recipe for a crowd
** Note: can be cooked in croc pot on low over night.
