Creamy White Bean Soup

Makes- 4-6 servings

Ingrediants

1can - cream of chicken soup 1can - white great northern beans undrained 1cup - chicken broth 1cup - chopped chicken 1 / 2cup - chopped tomatoes 1 / 2cup - chopped onions 1 / 2cup - chopped celery 2tbsp ( tablespoons ) - Goya adobo all purpose seasoning with pepper 1tsp ( teaspoon ) - kosher salt 1tsp - white pepper or black pepper 1 / 4cup - butter

Directions :

Melt butter in sauce pan . Sauté onions , celery , and butter until tender for about 10 minutes . Add to soup pot or crock pot . Add tomatoes , seasonings , stir . Add beans , chicken , broth and stir again and let cook for 30 minutes on low heat or put in crock pot and let cook for 4 hours on high , or 6 to 8 hours on low . Adjust seasonings , can add if needed . Prep time - 20 minutes Cook - 30 minutes , total cook time 50 minutes or more . Can double recipe for a crowd ** Note : can be cooked in croc pot on low over night .
