Discount Conditions
The Discount Package and Group Discount
apply to full-price tickets only. For events with
more than one price reserve, discounts apply to
A Reserve seats only.
All tickets must be purchased at the same time
to qualify for the discount. Tickets must be
purchased in person, by telephone or by mail
or fax to attract the discount. Alternatively
Discount Packages can be booked online at
melbournefestival.com.au. Tickets purchased
online via the Ticketmaster or venue websites
do not attract the discount.

Group Discount
Book a group of eight or more and save
If you book for a group of eight or more to many of
our shows, you’ll receive 10% off the ticket price.
Refer to individual event pages to see where this
discount is applicable. Discount applies to fullprice A Reserve tickets only.

Matinee/Twilight Package Conditions
Limited tickets for most events are specially priced
for students. For events with more than one price
reserve, these tickets apply to B and C Reserve
only. See individual listings for details of which
events qualify for the discounted ticket price.
Where the $25 ticket price does not apply or the
allocation has sold out, students are eligible for the
concession price.
You must purchase one ticket to three
applicable matinees or early evening
performances to qualify for the discount.
All tickets must be purchased at the same
time. No further discounts apply to the
Matinee/Twilight Package. Matinee/
Twilight Package tickets must be purchased
in person, by telephone or by mail or
fax. Alternatively Matinee/Twilight
Package tickets can be booked online at
melbournefestival.com.au. Tickets purchased
online via the Ticketmaster or venue websites
do not attract the matinee discount.
School Groups
The Festival offers discounted tickets to secondary
school groups. These tickets can only be purchased
through the Festival and are for school groups with
accompanying teachers.
