MOTU Touch Console Mobile Mixing
Environment
MOTU is now shipping Touch Console, a new mixing environment in its Pro Audio Control
web app software specifically designed for mobile mixing on the touchscreen of a tablet
or smartphone.
Users launch the Pro Audio Control web app on their tablet or smartphone (iOS or
Android) to access Touch Console, giving them intuitive, touchscreen-friendly control over the
DSP-driven 48-channel mixer in their MOTU interface, with 12 busses and effects, including
four-band parametric EQ, dynamics processing, classic reverb, and a model of the vintage LA-2A
leveling amplifier.
Optimized for mobile devices, Touch Console provides fast, intuitive access to every setting for any channel. The ‘On Faders’ panel lets
users instantly map sends for any bus or group to channel faders, providing long-throw fader control over send levels combined with easy
channel navigation.

Model 374A Dante
Intercom Beltpack
Studio Technologies has added to its
line of Dante-compliant products with
the Model 374A intercom beltpack.
An update of the original Model
374, the new Model 374A includes
additional capabilities and a personal
computer-based method of configur-
ing the unit. The beltpack continues
to offer four channels of high-quality
partyline intercom in a compact,
user-worn package.
A standard Ethernet connection
provides both PoE power and high-
performance digital audio transport.
Over a local area network (LAN),
multiple Model 374A units can be
configured for partyline intercom
applications with the help of an
external Dante-enabled audio matrix.
Key features can be easily config-
ured using the STcontroller software
application, which is used to quickly
confirm and revise Model 374A
settings as required. Configurable
parameters include electret micro-
phone powering, microphone pream-
plifier gain, talk button operation,
headphone channel assignment, and
integrated sidetone level.
