Audio-Technica Wireless Manager Version 1.2
Audio-Technica has announced the version 1.2.0 update of its Wireless Manager software , available for immediate download .
Wireless Manager is a MacOS / Windows application for remote configuration , control , monitoring , spectrum management , and frequency coordination of compatible Audio-Technica wireless devices . Customers who have A-T Wireless Manager previously installed will be notified of this new version via in-app messaging . Updated features in version 1.2.0 include a new multi-point receiver function ; improved interface and functionality enhancements ; increased compatibility ; and minor bug fixes .
The multi-point receiver function allows a single transmitter to switch between multiple compatible A-T network-enabled receivers that are set apart from one another . The user of the transmitter can pass from one receiver zone to the next , enjoying seamless audio muting and unmuting for wide coverage without the need for a distributed antenna system , and a single transmitter can switch between 10 receivers on a single group . Up to eight multi-point groups can be configured within a single Wireless Manager session .

Antelope Audio has launched the Axino Synergy Core – combining a cardioid condenser modeling microphone and a USB 2.0 audio interface to create a compact , all-in-one recording system anchored around the manufacturer ’ s microphone Modeling Engine , proprietary Synergy Core effects platform , and 24-bit / 192 kHz AD / DA conversion powered by 64-bit AFC ( Acoustically Focused Clocking ) technology .
The mic features a large , gold-spluttered cardioid diaphragm and its inbuilt preamp is a hybrid of the discrete preamps put to use in Antelope Audio ’ s audio interfaces and integrated circuit preamps . Axino Synergy Core ’ s Modeling Engine enables access to 18 emulations of legendary microphones , ranging from dynamic designs to rare tube and FET large diaphragm condenser classics . Hardware-wise , the mic offers analog main and headphone volume controls alongside a -10dB pad switch and a high-pass filter switch .
Antelope ’ s Synergy Core effects platform also allows users to apply affects during live tracking and monitor through them with next to no latency , will all processing handled within the microphone .

Professional Wireless Systems ( PWS ) has announced the debut of the Omega-16 multizone receive antenna distribution system .
The Omega-16 has four sets of diversity antenna inputs ( eight total ) and 16 sets of diversity outputs ( 32 total ). RF bandpass filtering for the UHF unit is at 470-616 MHz , VHF unit is set at 169-217 MHz . The Omega-16 offers adjustable attenuation from 0 to -40 dB and selectable bias for each antenna input . Dual redundant power supplies ensure rock-solid reliability , as well as DC bias power selectable per antenna input , along with antenna / cable short protection and indication . The unit is housed in a rugged 2U all-metal chassis with reinforced rack ears .
