Clair Brothers has introduced
the 10SPOT hybrid
loudspeaker that combines
the company’s Curved Array
Technology together with
its One Series coaxial horn
technology.
The combination of
technologies is designed to
provide a unique form factor
loudspeaker that occupies
little visual space while covering listening areas more
coherently than average conventional point sources.
With a frequency response of 90-20,000 Hz, the
10SPOT is ideal for applications where articulate
speech and music reproduction is key. Because of
its form factor, dispersion characteristics, and its four
integral mounting points, the 10SPOT is well-suited for
installation near ceiling-to-wall intersections in a variety
of applications.

Antelope Edge Large
Diaphragm Condenser
Modeling Microphone
Antelope Audio has released the Edge large diaphragm
condenser modeling microphone. The mic is designed to
capture vocals and instruments with
clarity while providing the ideal platform
for the company’s Edge mic emulation
plug-ins.
With a specially-designed low-reso-
nance body, the Edge features a pair of
capsules with six-micron gold-sputtered
membranes. These edge-terminated
capsules provide a smooth and natural
response that can then be shaped to
recreate the character of other popular
microphone models.
The Edge’s two capsules feed two
separate outputs, meaning that the signal
from each capsule can be individually pro-
cessed and recombined. This dual capsule,
dual output approach allows for the modelling of every polar
pattern on any microphone.
