KRK GoAux Portable Monitor System
KRK has expanded its studio monitor offerings with the introduction of the new GoAux portable monitor system . Available in two compact sizes , the 3-in . GoAux 3 and 4-in . GoAux 4 are professional-quality monitors with a portable design , featuring Bluetooth technology . As a complete nearfield reference monitor solution , the GoAux delivers the usual KRK frequency response in a new mobile-friendly size for engineers , producers , DJs , artists , and mixers .
With KRK GoAux speakers , glass aramid woofers work alongside a 1-in . soft textile dome tweeter in a bi-amplified two-way design , while durable rear-ported ABS cabinets supply a bass extension . Users can also adjust their monitors ’ response to the room and personal preference thanks to built-in LF and HF EQ . The added option of connecting headphones to the front panel 1 / 8-in . stereo output automatically mutes the GoAux speakers for a silent monitoring option .
Sennheiser EW-DX Digital Wireless Microphone System
Sennheiser has announced that the first EW-DX wireless digital devices . Available products include the EW-DX EM 2 two-channel receiver , the handheld transmitter – with or without programmable mute switch – and the bodypack transmitter . Like its EW-D sister models , EW-DX offers ultra low latency ( 1.9 milliseconds ), eliminates the need for frequency calculation , and offers an ultra-wide input dynamic range of 134 dB , enabling the transmitters to handle any signal that is thrown at them .
The devices operating time is 12 hours with the BA 70 rechargeable battery , which will usually take users through rehearsals and the show or event itself . Operating time with standard AA batteries amounts to eight hours . Depending on the RF environment , the transmitters have a range of up to around 100 m , so enough for very generous stage layouts .
EW-DX systems additionally benefit from an automatic multi-channel RF set-up , scalable remote control and monitoring , as well as AES-256 encryption for secure transmission of contents . The bandwidth is higher than with EW-D , up to 88 MHz , enabling more channels to be accommodated .

Incorporating powerful BMR driver technology , the CR2-X Cube monitors deliver clear and accurate sound that can fill the room , while easily finding a space on any desktop or shelf , according to the company .
BMR ( Balanced Mode Radiators ) drivers make it possible to deliver clear , immersive sound from a stealthy , compact enclosure . This flat disc design eliminates the need for a separate high frequency driver and crossover while also removes any boxy megaphone effects common with traditional speaker cones . Along the base of the main speaker is an integrated touch bar that allows easy control over volume . And just to the right , a source button allows users to quickly switch between Bluetooth , analog , and USB .
