SFM Strengthens Leadership Team with Key Hires
SFM has announced two additions to its executive leadership team : Jean Pierre ( JP ) Filion ( eng .) as vice president of revenue and growth , and Nader Tadros as vice president of digital transformation and marketing . Filion will lead the company ’ s sales organization and go-to-market strategies to drive its revenue and growth across all verticals and lines of business . Alongside Filion , Tadros will lead the company ’ s ongoing digital transformation , including building and scaling its marketing and brand management functions in support of its growth strategy .
Filion brings more than 30 years of sales and executive leadership experience within the IT and
SFM ’ S JP FILION & NADER TADROS telecom manufacturing spaces , including hardware , software , and SaaS . His experience includes sales and leadership positions with Motorola , Symantec , and XMedius ( now OpenText ), among others , working locally , nationally , and internationally .
Tadros brings more than 25 years of international experience in both the OEM / supplier and distribution sides of the IT sector , working within a digital-first mindset . He has held a variety of management and leadership roles across sales , channel management , marketing , and distribution with companies including HP , Premier Farnell , Microsoft , and IBM , where he played roles in designing , scaling , and operating digital sales & marketing teams for software , hardware , and XaaS offerings .
