Sounds Distribution Announces New Management Structure
Sounds Distribution has announced its new management structure
following the sudden passing of company president Rohan Persaud in
May 2017.
Effective immediately, Michael Clarke is now president and CEO,
which will see him lead the entire management team. Clarke led the
financial direction of the company over the last seven years in his role
as VP of finance and administration. He was the “right hand” to Persaud
and brought over 30 years of financial, operational, and administrative
expertise to the management team.
Lynda Persaud is now VP of administration and human resources.
She was an active sounding board during the previous 15 years her hus-
band led Sounds Distribution, and says she is determined to continue
his legacy to see Sounds Distribution
to the next level of its development.
Frank Teoli is now VP of operations,
sales, and marketing. Teoli joined the
company over two decades ago and
was previously the regional account
manager for Eastern Canada. In his

new role, Teoli will be responsible for
leading the sales team, fostering existing business relationships, and
developing new business opportunities.

ERIKSON AUDIO’S TIM MARSHALL
Ferrofish, a German manufacturer of audio
solutions like the A32 Dante AD/DA con-
verter and Verto Series ADAT/MADI/Dante
network solutions, has named Erikson
Audio as its exclusive distributor for Canada.
“We’ve been carrying select Ferrofish
models for some time,” says Tim Marshall,
product manager for Erikson Audio. “Their
association with RME, another brand we
represent in Canada, allowed us to handle
the occasional Ferrofish sale on a case-by-
case basis. Now, with a regular stream of
new, innovative, and well-placed prod-
ucts coming from Ferrofish, we saw the
opportunity for a more formal distribution
relationship with them moving forward.”
