Audio-Technica ATDM-0604 Digital SmartMixer
Audio-Technica has introduced the ATDM-0604 Digital SmartMixer , a six-channel automatic mixer ideal for meetings , conferences , soft codec applications , courtroom proceedings , radio and TV broadcasts , and other applications involving the use of multiple microphones or other media inputs .
The SmartMixer technology allows channels to be mixed automatically in gate or gain sharing mode , ensuring consistent audio output from all inputs in a set-up without the introduction of feedback , excessive ambient noise , or comb filtering . Controls and LED indicators on the mixer ’ s front panel allow users to : easily adjust input / output and gain levels ; set and recall presets ; turn phantom power , low-cut filter , automatic mixing , and acoustic echo cancellation ( AEC ) on and off ; change IP configuration ( auto or static ); and more . A full complement of digital signal processing is available for inputs and outputs including parametric EQ , compressor , limiter , and feedback control .

Alcons LR28 / 110 Larger Format Line Array
Alcons Audio has released the LR28 / 110 three-way larger-format line-source sound system , designed to be used as vertical array in medium-tolarge applications with extended horizontal coverage .
The LR28 / 110 offers a fully predictable linear response behavior with high intelligibility and identical tonal balance at any SPL . By implementing Alcons ’ pro-ribbon technology for mid and high frequencies , a fast impulse response with up to 90 per cent less distortion under lowest powercompression is achieved .
The all-natural cylindrical wavefront of the purpose-designed RBN1402rsr pro-ribbon transducer enables a precise pattern control without any distortion-inducing horn constructions . The 110-degree horizontal dispersion is maintained up to the highest frequencies and the HF peak power handling of 3000 W and RMS-to-peak ratio of 1:15 creates ideal intelligibility and throw with maximum dynamic headroom reserve .
