STERLING S104HA & S204HA HEADPHONE AMPLIFIERS
Sterling Audio has launched a new line of headphone amplifiers to serve a variety of studio and live sound applications . These new headphone amplifiers feature gold-plated inputs and outputs for improved conductivity , power-on status LEDs , and low-noise operation .
Designed primarily for personal recording studios and other applications where space is limited , the four-channel Sterling S104HA offers one rear-panel stereo TRS line input and four front-panel stereo headphone outputs , each with a 10-increment level slider . The S104HA comes in a lightweight aluminum chassis with non-slip rubber feet and is powered by an external 12 VDC supply for low-noise operation .
For applications requiring more flexible inputs and a more robust chassis there is the four-channel S204HA , which is housed in an aluminum chassis enclosed with a rubberized casing . Its front panel sports an unbalanced stereo line input and four rotary level knobs for the headphone outputs .

MEYER SOUND GALILEO GALAXY PROCESSOR LINE
Meyer Sound has launched the Galileo Galaxy processor line , which includes the Galaxy 816 , Galaxy 816-AES3 , and Galaxy 408 .
The Galileo Galaxy is Meyer ’ s first loudspeaker processor to be fully networkable , with multiple units sharing 24-bit / 96 kHz multi-channel audio via an AVB network . Maximum input count has been increased from six to eight for easier implementation of 7.1 systems and a new generation of FPGA-based processing with 96 kHz floating point resolution delivers increased dynamic range , a lower noise floor , and a latency of 0.6 ms analog in to analog out .
Other features new to Galaxy include a delay matrix , easier integration with Crestron and other third-party controllers , a word clock input on the AES3 version , and improved equalization tools .

RADIAL CATAPULT 4-CHANNEL AUDIO SNAKE
Radial Engineering is now shipping the Catapult four-channel audio snake , which lets users send analog and AES digital audio signals over standard Cat-5 shielded twisted pair cable . This enables system contractors to take advantage of pre-wired networks to connect one room to another and allows stage techs to take advantage of Cat-5 for return snakes or transporting channels of balanced audio across a large stage . Available in six configurations , the Catapult features a choice of three input modules and three output modules . Each input module features four XLR inputs along with two Neutrik Ethercon outputs and four additional XLR outputs . Output modules feature Ethercon input , throughput , and two sets of XLR outputs . These may be ordered without transformers for sub snakes or to transmit AES audio signals ; with mic isolation transformers for signal splitting between FOH , monitors , or the recording system ; or with line level isolation transformers to eliminate system noise .
