Dr. Welmilya Francis-Davis Dr. Welmilya Francis-Davis is a 1999 graduate of Kingsway Academy. She received a Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, from Fisk University in Nashville, Tennessee in 2003 and a Doctor of Dental Surgery from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee in 2007. She practices as a general dentist currently at the Center for Specialized Dentistry, Nassau, Bahamas; Abaco Dental Associates, Marsh Harbour, Abaco and, is currently transitioning into her own private practice, Comfort Smiles Company Ltd. (Family Dental Practice). She is committed to continued education, community service and organizational dentistry. She is a member of the Bahamas Dental Association, Affiliate of the American Dental Association and Spear Education (dental continued education organization). She has been the committee chairwoman for World Oral Health Day, Bahamas 2015 and 2016, a day to provide free dental screenings, dental health kits, fun and entertainment for the public. In 2013 and 2015, Dr. Francis-Davis was a part-time lecturer for the Dental Assisting Program at Success Training College, now Southern College, Nassau, Bahamas. Her dedication, passion and love for dentistry are evident and she takes every opportunity to be a mentor to younger aspiring health care professionals. Incorporating the motto of her Alma Mater in her life, Dr. Francis-Davis uses her abilities and achievements to worship God through her service to mankind. Keshelle Davis Keshelle Davis. Listed in The Nassau Guardian’s “Top 40 under 40” for the 40th anniversary celebrations of The Bahamas Independence, Keshelle is well known for her ability to educate empower and inspire others. She is currently the Executive Director of the Chamber Institute – the education arm of the Bahamas Chamber of Commerce and Employers’ Confederation (BCCEC). Keshelle has also founded and leads The Training Authority, an independent training company where she established herself as an expert in the area of corporate training, program design and development and support for new and established trainers. She is also Founder and President of Creative Wealth Bahamas, a non-profit organization that provides financial literacy and wealth creation education for youth, young adults, women and families. She is a columnist for the Nassau Guardian and has been featured on many radio and television shows within the country. In 2006, Mrs. Davis became the Founding President of FFL Investments Ltd. (The Future Female Leaders Investment Group). She heads a team of empowered and driven ladies who have started the journey toward financial freedom through business, investing and education. She is also a mentor and inspiration to many up and coming female entrepreneurs through Girlfriends & Co – an organization she founded dedicated to supporting women entrepreneurs. Mrs. Davis has competency in various professional backgrounds and industries—banking, IT, security and investigations, government, business administration, training, sales, public relations, marketing and human resources. She is the recipient of many international professional certifications including: Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+), Certified Business Professional Executive (CBPE), Certified Administrative Professional (CPS/CAP), Microsoft Office Master Instructor and Application Specialist. She has been recognized as a leading female trailblazer by the Iron Network organization and has won awards namely Executive of the Year, Speaker of the Year, Rising Star and others. Keshelle is a former member of the Rotary Club East Nassau and a past President of Toastmasters Club 3956. She is a founding member of the Organization of Young Professionals (OYP), and has served on several other boards such as the Surrogate Aunt Program of the Willamae Pratt Center for Girls, International Association of Administration Professionals (IAAP), Sunny Isles Chapter; the Bahamas Society of Training and Development (BSTD). She sits as Director on the board of the Bahamas Chamber of Commerce & Employers’ Confederation (BCCEC) – the youngest female to ever serve in such capacity Keshelle’s passions are training, reading, meeting people, travelling, and horseback riding and pursuing new business opportunities. Keshelle is the author of the book, “Your Child Can Become Wealthy” forwarded by Sharon Lecter (co-author of Rich Dad Poor Dad and Think & Grow Rich for Woman) which was released in 2010 and has been featured locally and internationally.
