Méga Parc, Canada’s second-largest indoor amusement park, reopened earlier this year after an extensive rejuve- nation. Located inside Quebec City’s Galeries de la Capitale mall, Solotech led the AV overhaul, installing a new audio system in addition to upgrading the lighting and control systems and supplying new video surfaces. Patrick Labrie headed the Solotech team, which installed many LED ellipsoidal and PAR lighting fixtures, an MA Lighting grandMA control system, a Christie Digital FHD553-XE-HR 3x3 video wall, as well as a 32 x 19-ft. Mitsubishi XL Series LED screen, all controlled by a Crestron CP3 system with a TSW-760 touchscreen. Winter 2019 | 17
