David LaVigna Joins Nova Flex LED as Vice President of Product Innovation
Nova Flex LED has announced that David LaVigna has joined the team as Vice President of Product Innovation . LaVigna brings with him over thirty years of lighting industry experience , including expertise in high-end design environments , control systems , and product development for emerging technologies .
Previously , LaVigna held both design and leadership roles in lighting , including as a partner at the high-end NYC-based design firm zeroLUX and as Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Q-Tran . Most recently LaVigna founded the product consulting firm BrandKnew . LaVigna will be focused on developing the product roadmap for Nova Flex and bringing new and creative lighting solutions to the market .
LaVigna resides in the Greater Philadelphia area with his longtime partner Lizzie , daughter Brittney and her husband Ryan . He most enjoys time on the multi-generational family property , when not tackling house projects David can be found either in his shop , at his drawing table , or preferably on any golf course .
Nick Jevons Promoted to Vice President , Business Development for ROE Visual
In their most recent expansion , ROE Visual has promoted Nick Jevons to Vice President of Business Development . A new direction for the ROE Visual US team , Jevons will head the Business Development department of the North American division .

Prior to this role , Jevons served as an Account Manager at ROE Visual , primarily serving the East Coast . He initially began his career in lighting before making the leap into the video space , landing with ROE . Six years later , he has become an integral part of the company .
Most recently , Jevons has become more involved in virtual production , which has been instrumental to ROE ’ s growth in the expanding sector . His move to the business development side of things will position him to best represent the company ’ s position as the premier LED solution in the industry . 12 | Summer 2023
