ADJ Vison Series VS3IP Video Panel
ADJ has expanded its Vision Series of LED video panels with the introduction of the new VS3IP , the company ’ s highest-resolution IP-rated LED video panel to date .
The VS3IP panel features a 150 x 150 matrix of three-in-one SMD1921 LEDs , delivering a pixel pitch of 3.84mm ( 0.15 in .) for a pixel density of 67,816 per square meter . It delivers a maximum brightness of 4,500 NITS with a contrast ratio of 5,000:1 , making it suitable for use outdoors , even during daylight hours . It also offers 0-100 % brightness adjustment allowing the output to be reduced when required , for example for smaller indoor applications or to ensure that video content doesn ’ t overpower lighting fixtures and on-stage content when used as a backdrop .
A viewing angle of 160 degrees horizontal and 140 degrees vertical ( at 3 m per 9.75 ft .) can be further enhanced when required using the optional angling feature . It allows the panels to be joined together at either a concave or convex angle of three or six degrees . This means that curving LED video screens can be constructed that allow better viewing for audience members positioned to the side of a stage or to fit with the contours of a curved stage set or venue design .
Specifically designed for temporary outdoor use , the panel features protection of its front surface from liquid and particles rated to the IP65 standard . The rear panel , meanwhile , has an IP54 rating and the unit is fitted with IP65-rated locking sockets for power and data ( RJ45 ). The input and thru connections for both are also fitted with rubber caps which provide added protection during transit and also if a thru socket is not in use for a particular deployment .

Christie Mirage SST-6P 4K 3D RGB Laser Projection System
Christie Digital has announced the launch of the Mirage SST-6P : a dual-head , 18,000-lumen , 4K , six-primary 3D RGB pure laser projection system that delivers twice the onscreen brightness of traditional colour-comb 30,000-lumen lamp-based 3D projection systems , according to the company . This system provides bright , colourful , and detailed 3D images for venues including theme parks , attractions , and giant screen dome theatres .
The six-primary ( 6P ) 3D dual-projector system uses two sets of RGB laser primaries with slightly offset wavelengths . When viewing with reusable passive 3D glasses , the result is a projection system that is 90 % efficient at projecting light onto the screen , and whitescreen compatible for blending the multi-projector arrays typically used in dome theaters and media-based attractions such as dark rides and flying theatres .
The Mirage SST-6P was developed specifically for 3D applications and exceeds the DCI-P3 colour space , ensuring that 3D visuals in dark rides , attractions , and planetariums look as intended – bright , contrast-rich , and colourful .
With TruLife electronics , the Mirage SST-6P delivers 4K 3D content up to 120fps per eye , with an option of up to 480fps at 2K .
The projection system uses two fiber-coupled projection heads with remote light sources and chillers , and boasts an extremely low heat output of less than 2400 BTU each . With omni-directional capabilities and solid-state illumination , the Mirage SST-6P is designed for installation flexibility in tight , challenging environments and 30,000 hours of virtually maintenance-free operation to 80 % brightness .

Claypaky Tambora Batten LED Bar
Claypaky has launched the Tambora Batten line of LED fixtures , fulfilling the need for a high-power , feature-rich batten , according to the company .
Powered by sixteen Osram 40W RGBW LEDs , this fixture allows dynamic control of each LED cell for dynamic pixel mapping effects . Users can control each LED ’ s colour , dimming , and strobe rates individually or in unison . Several bars may be arranged seamlessly in a line or in a matrix while maintaining the distance between the LEDs between fixtures for uniform appearances both side-by-side and top to bottom .
