Claypaky Xtylos Laser Beam Moving Light
Claypaky has launched the Xtylos, the company’s first laser beam moving light.
The Xtylos’s laser source lasts 10,000 hours and uses laser technology with RGB additive colour
mixing to ensure the coloured light beams are “as bright as a white light beam,” according to the
company. The beam aperture is less than 2 degrees and it can be decreased further to 0.5 degrees.
The range of effects features two gobo wheels – with seven rotating gobos and 12 fixed gobos
(including seven beam diameter reducers) – a wheel with three prisms, and a 16-facet prism on a
dedicated channel that can be overlapped with the prism wheel.

end visual content providers, and comes with MediaMaster
Pro installed. It includes user-friendly management of frame
lock and genlock and includes four EDID managed outputs
on DisplayPort 1.2 connectors. There is dedicated hardware to

Elation Paladin Blinder/Strobe/Wash Lights
Elation Professional has introduced three new fixtures in its Paladin series of blinder/strobe/wash lights –
the Paladin Cube, Paladin Brick, and Paladin Panel – which feature IP65 protection.
These compact outdoor flood lights are useful for a wide variety of appli-
cations and can flexibly be used from either a floor or truss position. Using
15-W RGBW cells – 9, 24, and 50, respectively – they add colour to
outdoor events while individual cell control and strobe make
them versatile effect lights or audience blinders.
Certified to IP65 with IP-rated connections and solid
build quality, they are designed to eliminate dust and
water ingress worries.
