The City of Brampton ’ s council chambers underwent a major upgrade this spring with the addition of a 140-in . Christie CorePlus LED video wall . Installed by systems integrator Aatel Communications , Inc ., the new video wall was part of a larger upgrade to the council chambers that included PTZ cameras and chairman / delegate microphones . The video wall , which is 8 ft . off the ground , greatly improved visibility to the entire chamber . It ’ s used for every meeting , showing content including presentations , documents , and images .

The Canadian R & B duo dvsn ( pronounced “ division ”) performed five sold-out shows at the CityView Drive-In at Toronto ’ s Polson Pier in the summer and fall of 2020 . Featuring a massive LED screen behind the performers , two more flanking the stage , and a full lighting rig , over 200 vehicles-worth of spectators per show were treated to a complete , uncompromising live performance ; a rare treat in the current climate . All production was supplied by Apex Sound & Light , a full-service production and rental company based out of Pickering , ON . The events were put on by Ink Entertainment .
