Roland ’ s Professional A / V division has released the V-160HD Streaming Video Switcher , the latest addition to the company ’ s V-series lineup of multichannel HD video switching products and the first with built-in streaming capabilities .
Tailored for modern hybrid production , the V-160HD allows users to connect with live audiences in full HD with comprehensive HDMI and SDI I / O and simultaneously stream to any popular web platform via USB-C . The V-160HD also features an eight-layer video effects engine , a 40-channel digital audio mixer , and integrated PTZ camera control , plus next-generation cue management and live show automation tools that make tough production tasks simpler .
Compact , portable , and easy to operate , the V-160HD combines the hardware features needed to execute live productions with the livestreaming capabilities found in computerbased systems . The V-160HD delivers the essentials that professionals need to handle both the in-person and web streaming components of a live hybrid event , complete with the ability to tailor the content for each audience .

Robe has launched the all-weather IP65 rated iPointe65 , which is suitable for exterior work or any damp , misty , steamy , or high-condensation environments . The iPointe65 is a good fit for festivals , concerts , and outdoor events , or any scenario likely to encounter inclement or unpredictable weather . It is a bright , highperformance multifunctional luminaire modelled on Robe ’ s Mega- Pointe , which works equally well as a beam , spot , effects , and wash fixture .
Designed , developed , and manufactured to be sealed against water and particle ingress , thereby strictly adhering to their IP65 rating , both protection and performance are reassured . The iPointe ’ s aluminum housing gives a dust-free environment for the optical , gobo , and colour systems , eliminating the need for frequent cleaning and maintenance . NFC ( Near-Field Communication ) technology enables access to setup , diagnostics , and other performance-related features directly from a mobile device using the Robe Com app – even when the fixture is not powered . The light source is a 310W lamp with a lifetime of up to 4,000 hours that has been developed for Robe by Osram .

Litepanels has released the Gemini 1x1 Hard , an RGBWW LED panel for TV / film applications .
With an output of over 3000 lux at 10ft / 3m and a narrow 46-degree beam angle , Gemini Hard casts intense white or richly-saturated colour further than any other 1x1 LED panel , according to the company . Users can remove the diffuser for a bright raw light - 20 % more powerful than a 200W HMI - or use the ultralight and domed diffusers included with Gemini Hard to deliver soft light with enhanced brightness . It can light through a silk , build layers of diffusion , or bounce light off a board , with precision control of hue , saturation , intensity , gels , and effects . Built to be tough to handle the demands of daily set life in the studio or on location , the compact Gemini weighs just 13.2 lbs . and is designed for rapid rigging and easy transportation .
