NAB New York 2018 to Host Streaming Summit & TV2020 Conference Schedule Revealed for SMPTE 2018 Annual Technical Conference & Exhibition The NAB New York show, which is being co-located with the AES Con- vention at NYC’s Javits Center on Oct. 17-18, will be presenting two new segments of its conference – the Streaming Summit and TVNewsCheck’s TV2020. The Streaming Summit addresses a wide range of topics, including ad insertion, live OTT services, and cloud-based solutions, among others. Presentations, round-table discussions, and fireside chats will address trends and technologies that are having a direct impact on the contin- ued development, proliferation, and profitability of online video. LDI Show to Celebrate 30 th Anniversary in Vegas The Live Design International (LDI) Show will return to the Las Vegas Convention Center from Oct. 15-21, 2018, with exhibits running from Oct. 19-21. This year marks the 30 th anniversary of the show, which connects design, tech, and production professionals and technologies.
