2.3 - Service and Fee agreement Enclosure A Schedule of Interior Design Services Appraisal and Briefing - Perform site analysis (site visit, historical context, building analysis) - Support the client on the development of the brief - Further research on the site to develop design approach - Discuss with the client if it is necessary to hire other specialists or consultants - Establish the project budget with the client Design Proposals and Concepts - Finalise the brief with the client - Provide existing building CAD drawings (model if required) - Perform existing theatre/ theatre workshops research as well as relevant precedents - Proposal for structural design work - Outline risk assessment - Apply for Planning Permission and/or Listed Building Consent Developed Design - Prepare descriptive analysis of any structural work that needs doing - Develop detailed design (room layouts, furniture placement and choice, 2D and 3D visuals, photo graphs, sketches, diagrams) - Ensure design conforms with Building Regulations - Part B (Fire Strategy), Part M&DDA (Disability Act/Equality Act/Access to and use of Building), Part K (Protection from Falling) - Prepare an estimate construction cost - Create a draft specification sheet for materials and furniture Technical Design - Provide finalised drawings, including all floor plans, multiple sections, and elevations - Provide detailed specification of measurements, materials and furniture - Produce finely crafted model to scale - Create 2D and 3D visuals - Show detail of materials and construction of a specific element within the design - Finalise specification sheet for materials and furniture Construction - Produce construction programme to assist those who need it to ensure project runs smoothly - Assist in any on-site issues (if required) - Support other designers in design and construction This is the Schedule of Design Services Relating to the project at 57/58 High Street, referred in the Letter of Appointment and Agreement Clause. .............................
