incorporate hip rotation and some yoga style
strength training. These movements are slower with
more focus on balance and core stabilization.

Each exercise will be performed for
60 seconds with a 10 second transition
between exercises. Once all 10 exercises
have been completed, recover for
60 seconds and start again with a
goal of completing a total of 3 rounds!
