The Creativity of the PlayHouse
The youths at the Youth Resource Centre are finding expressions in creative acting/drama. Creative drama is a type of theater used for educational purposes that helps young people work on social skills and academic subjects using theater techniques and improvisations while being led by a trained instructor or an experienced actor. Creative drama builds on the elements of play to create a learning atmosphere that targets social growth and academic improvement.
It is always a delight to see the youths take every opportunity they get to improve on their creative abilities in acting whether at the Youth Festival of Life which is the big stage for them or at the YRC Summer Holiday Program. We will continue to provide them with platforms to grow their potentials.
