Supporting Local Schools' Libraries
We have been involved in supporting the secondary schools within the community with book donations to help equip their libraries since 2016. The Centre has donated over 550 books in various subjects to 9 secondary schools. We believe that equipping the various school libraries within the community will help ease the pressure on the Resource Library at the Centre and also enable students to borrow these books home from their schools as they are not allowed to take home books from the Resource Library at the Centre. The Centre will continue to embark on Book drives to sustain her support to these libraries. Recipients have continued to provide positive feedback on the impact of these donations on their students. We deeply appreciate all our donors.
