We Indians are also not aware of the beauty of our country. The foreign tourist longs for a tryst with India and loves to visit each and every corner of this vast country. The problem of Kashmir has not been solved. Tourism is one of the sectors that is growing at a fast rate in the world today. It earns foreign exchange from several countries in the world. The tourism industry is a highly competitive business which requires the participation of the government, the public and non-government sector to ensure its success. There is Cultural tourism a new kind of tourism which has not been embraced by most of the countries. One of its major challenges is how the locals package it to suit the targeted tourists.
