He also said that the intended success of GST would be conclusive and objective the day it becomes a single tax reality. Participating in a National Conclave on “GST – Growing Stronger Together” under the aegis of PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Sisodia also demanded that the real estate should also be brought into the GST ambit. This would not only attack corruption on construction sector but also arrest generation of black money in the real estate sector and assured the industry that he would as serve representative of Delhi Government. PHD Chamber meets CEC to pitch for granting voting rights for truck drivers moving goods P HD Chamber of Commerce and Industry made a demand to the Chief Election Commissioner of India to grant voting rights for lakhs of truck drivers that are on the roads on multiple occasions when elections are held for different segments of Indian democracy. The Chamber argued that truck drivers are a critical links and pillars of India’s trade and commerce and are 16 August 2018 usually on the roads for weeks and sometimes for months.
