24 Tips Club Clothing - Our club and team cloth- ing sales have grown to 200% more than our normal tennis clothing sales. We offer these to all clubs in the area at a reasonable price. This brings in more customers into the shops and has also increased our sales of everything else. In Germany, everyone plays on red clay in summer. We use a cloth and cockpit cleaner to clean the rackets off, then a brush between the grommets to remove clay dust. This is not only better looking, the strings last longer. If the customer has a lot of shear breakage, we lightly spray silicon spray in the top grommets. We sell mostly white overgrips, Yonex Grap, Wilson Pro and Tecnifibre Extra Full. We put one on free for our regular customers. The current range of Head squash rackets includes the Adaptive Fan Pattern (AFP) technology in the Xenon and Speed models. Without any change to the grommets the rackets can be strung two different ways either with a fan pattern or with a straight string pattern. The following pictures illustrate the two different patterns:- The Head Xenon SB (slim body) 120 and 135 share this system, the two rackets share the same Grommets and can both be strung either way. Similarly, The Head Speed 120 (SB)and 135 (SB) also share the same grommets and can be done either way. Extra care needs to be taken due to the cross strings sitting in recessed grommets on these Speed (SB) models.
