What U-values do I need to meet ?
The latest consultation for Part L Building Regulations took place in December 2023 and current requirements are : 1.4 W / m ² k for refurbishments , 1.2 W / m ² k for new builds and 0.8 W / m ² k for homes aiming to meet or exceed passive standards . This knowledge forms the foundation of planning and executing projects that are not only compliant . but futureproofed against forthcoming regulatory shifts .
