With over 35 years of experience in the glazing industry, the Truro-based business has an impressive port- folio of loyal customers around St Mawes and the Roseland Penin- sula. Philip Annear Windows Ltd prides itself on delivering a solid service, from design to instal- lation, and works closely with builders, architects and structural engineers to create the very best glazing design innovations on the Cornish coast. Here, company founder Philip Annear, explains why working with Fenster Fabrications is the future when ordering aluminium glazing for his customers and their varied home improvement projects in the UK. “We’re only a small company so working with fabricators who can deliver a good, quality service that is fast and efficient means everything to us. “When you’ve paid upfront, and you’re trying to plan out your busy workload, it is vital that suppliers keep to their word and pull out all the stops to get products out on the week they’ve said. This is exactly how a good business should run. Once my order has been placed, it’s very reassuring to receive an immedi- ate acknowledgement from the team at Fenster telling me when the product, either a window or door, will be ready. “It means I can schedule the installation, put the job in my work diary, and let customers know when we will be coming to complete the task. What’s been equally helpful is the personal- ised brochure showcasing Fenster products which has enabled us to secure more business. “Delays on delivery can cost me valuable time and money, and that’s not acceptable. Fenster Fab- rications understand that when you’re a fairly small business, this simply can’t happen, and I know they try to be supportive to smaller firms. “Within the last six months, I’ve ordered patio doors, bifold doors and other smart aluminium systems from Fenster. Since the beginning of this year, we have worked well together and staff at Fenster Fabrications know how important it is for me to deliver a project on time and without any last-minute glitches. I pride my- self on providing a professional installation. The team there seems to understand how important it is to provide a professional service to customers – and that is some- thing that means a lot to us. www.fensteruk.net P&P GLASS SEE THINGS CLEARLY WITH PURPLEX Epwin Window Systems becomes member of Council for Aluminium in Building Surrey installer P&P Epwin Window Systems Glass is set to ramp up its marketing with Purplex af- ter an impressive 12 months since linking up with the industry’s leading full-ser- vice marketing agency.
