VEKA UK has a strong digital focus, staying ahead of the curve so our custom- ers can do the same. “We’ve simplified the access to VEKA documenta- tion, brochures and techni- cal downloads by adding an intuitive filter functionality so they are readily available to anyone that needs them, rather than being ‘tucked away’ in a ‘customers only’ area. We also created a dedi- cated downloads area - with a free text search facility and simple-to-use filters - which means it takes just moments to access the in- formation you need. Thanks to the simple navigation, the customer journey through the site is now much more direct, making it clear for individuals from all indus- try sectors to know exactly where to go. “One of the more in- novative aspects of the new design is the intuitive dashboard area. Registering for the site allows you to personalise your dashboard by saving your favourite documents for quick access, as well as selecting your brand and product prefer- ences for suggested items. “When signed in, your dashboard will then au- tomatically display your recent downloads and send notifications when a docu- ment you’ve saved has since been updated. This means you’ll never miss an update. In this area you’ll also find the direct contact details of your BDM, as well as receiv- ing personalised messages from them here, so you’ll know when they’re visiting or even when they’re away on holiday. “Everything on the new site has been created with our customers in mind, in- cluding the new homeown- er area.
