£40,000 RAISED IN
PADDLE2PEDAL CHALLENGE
Epwin ladies Clare O’ Hara, Di-
visional Managing Director, and
Katrina Earl, Northern Regional Sales
Manager, were part of a team of ladies
who recently completed the gruelling
seven-day Paddle2Pedal challenge.
The pair raised over £40,000 between
them and the team as a whole raised
over £90,000 and is still going.
Clare said: “We’re so proud to have
completed the Paddle2Pedal challenge
and to have raised much-needed
funds for Hope House. We met chil-
dren and families from the Hospice
at the end of the event and it was a
very moving and humbling experi-
ence that put our own challenges into
context.”
Paddle2Pedal’s headline sponsor was
the Epwin Group and Clare comment-
ed: “It was great to have the support of
the Epwin Group for the first Paddle-
2Pedal.”

Fenster donated one of its
stunning Uni_Slide doors to
help a young family caring
for a son with quadriplegic
cerebral palsy. Titchmarsh
and the team transformed
their garden to be fully
wheelchair accessible, re-
vamped the kitchen and liv-
ing room areas to be open-
plan, and used the stylish
product to link the two
spaces together. Meanwhile,
a Dekko RÄUM bi-folding
door and a Roof Maker roof
light helped light up the life
of a Banbury mother left
almost entirely blind after a
stroke.
