illbruck make
A-rated windows
work for Network
VEKA members
One of the highlights of the year for many window installers
was a visit to the FIT Show, in Telford. illbruck welcomed
a substantial number of visitors onto its stand.
With the aid of a
fully-qualified window
installer, videos and
models, illbruck demonstrated all aspects of
window installation,
hammering home the
message that new
solutions are available when installing
replacement uPVC and
other A-Rated systems.
One visitor who viewed
the demonstrations was
Managing Director of Network VEKA, John Ogilvie,
who explained; “We were
impressed by how illbruck’s
technology delivered great
advantages to the homeowner, yet still the windows could be fitted more
quickly.”
Network VEKA is always
looking at promoting best
practice in window installation and has recently carried out seminars to assist
almost 400 Assure members’ fitters and surveyors
in gaining certification for
Minimum Technical Com-
petencies (MTCs), as now
required by the Department
for Communities and Local
Government.
After the show, Network
Veka looked into the benefits using these products
could bring their members.
With contemporary
A-rated window systems
offered by Network VEKA,
it is vital that the long-term
cost saving benefits are
not undermined, and the
performance of the fitting
system at the perimeter of
the window is key to this.
Following on from this,
illbruck is now delighted to
announce that the company
is an affiliated member of
Network VEKA and is looking forward to promoting
their products further to over
140 Network VEKA Members
and 700 installers.
