The Origin Commercial Department was established in 2019 as a dynamic new arm to our business that would help us access new markets and encourage our existing nationwide network of Partners to feel empowered to take on larger projects .
Since it was established , the Commercial Department has allowed us to work closely with our Partners looking to bid for larger scale , multi-site , multi-plot projects , by giving them access to the team ’ s experience and unrivalled knowledge of the market . What ’ s more , we are on board to help our Partners throughout the entire process , from ideation , design , and tenders , through to pitching and delivery . This is valuable for our Partners as it means

To qualify this , we nurtured our relationships with suppliers to ensure they remained as strong as ever , which now means we are their ‘ preferred supplier ’ in many cases . How closely involved we are with a project will differ on a case-by-case basis . For example , if the Partner pitched for the project themselves , we would help in any way that they may need . However , if we undertook the tender , we would work with the developer and a regional
Partner to offer a full turnkey solution . In this instance , the Partner would supply the glazing , surveying , and installation , and we would supply the products . So , whether we are directly involved in the initiation of the project , the Origin Commercial Team will be there to support our Partners .
We have worked with many Partners to supply the Origin Home range to developers over the past two years including Cala Homes , Mountfield Developments , Backhouse Homes , EAB Homes , Urban Splash , and Whitecroft Developments , across the UK , so Partners should feel confident that we together have the capacity and expertise to go after these larger multi-site , multi-plot projects .
