These new models allow the perimeter side walls to be stepped out so forming an extension to the building on either side and include options to extend the roof overhangs within the dog leg so providing a consistent overhang to the whole building . There is also an option to extend the roof and the base entirely so that they remain totally square instead of following the shape of the side walls with a timber decking area introduced to the outside of the model . As with the standard garden room models all of these options can be quickly and easily configured so that whether you ’ re designing a traditional four- sided building or need a much more complicated shape … the design process is as simple as possible .
New internal partition walls are now also available for garden room and orangery models , and include a series of options which allow partition walls to be added both horizontally and vertically whilst returning walls can also be added to form L shaped partitions allowing the creation of enclosed internal areas . Door openings can be easily added and modified to give a fully configured design and of course all of these additions can be accurately priced .

Furthermore , all of these generic garden rooms models are highly customisable including options to alter the thickness of the flat roof , internal walls and frame layouts . Choose from a selection of wall cladding materials and textures including Cedar , Chartwell Green , White and Grey , along with options for the external timber decking including neutral and dark timber . AT Precision , a leading supplier of aluminium bi-fold door hardware , are excited to announce that they will be exhibiting at this year ’ s FIT Show . Due to restrictions brought on by the pandemic , this year ’ s FIT Show was unable to go ahead in May as planned – but they plan to come back bigger and better from the 26th to the 28th of September .

Sealed Units Manufacturer Set To Make Big Impression At FIT
