Annual Conference celebrates a successful year for the business 2023 was a busy year for The Window Store , as announced at its Annual Managers ’ Conference . The year marked the rollout of fresh corporate branding across all branches . This included revamping the interiors and exteriors of all depots , new business signage , and a modern new fleet of vehicles . A comprehensive suite of new sales and marketing collateral was also launched . To complete the rebranding exercise , a new website is due for completion in the next few weeks .
The company expanded too , with a new branch opening in Christchurch , Dorset , in May , and a larger Poole branch opening in November . To continue the growth strategy , further new branches are in the pipeline for 2024 and an additional regional manager will also be appointed to support the growing network . Open Days
at all branches are planned for this year , giving more customers the opportunity to connect with The Window Store ’ s experienced teams and explore the latest trends in windows , doors and conservatories .
To continue the strength of the company ’ s investment in its people , all managers received specialised management training . Looking forward to 2024 , this training initiative will extend to include all assistant managers and there will be product training programmes with key suppliers too .
