Made for Triple Glazing
As triple glazing becomes increasingly popular, particularly in new build, fabricators have to factor in all the challenges faced when manufacturing triple glazed windows and doors.
The growth in triple glazing can be attributed to several factors. Firstly, the regulatory framework around the Future Homes standard, which although doesn’ t make triple glazing mandatory, it does lean towards toward triple glazing as the best option for compliance in new build.

are the multiple advantages for homeowners such as, greater insulation and energy efficiency, noise reduction and reduced condensation.
Though it has many benefits one of the main challenges with triple glazing is the additional weight Of the sealed unit caused by an extra pane of glass. The extra weight is a serious consideration for all triple glazing fabricators, not just during the window manufacturing process, but also while their windows and doors are in transit and being installed.
To ensure the weight of the IGU( Insulated Glass Unit) is supported and handled carefully during window installation, the right flat packers are vitally important to avoid accidents( even relatively minor incidents) that could cause product damage and also put employee safety at risk.
