GETTING THE ULTRA-MODERN MANUFACTURING FACILITY READY FOR AUTUMN
The year is rushing past – the longest day has already gone , so now is the time to start getting ready for the Autumn increase in the number of orders . At CWG CHOICES , as ever , more changes are in the air .

The new aluminium factory is now bedded in and in full flow thanks to the fitting out with new fabrication machinery . So now it is the turn of the PVCU factory at Corby – the factory that produces all our ‘ RESIDENCE ’ products .
A new extension to the factory is about to start being built and will be completed in early July . This will allow major changes to take place within the factory to enhance the whole manufacturing process .
A new ‘ Warm Room ’ for maintaining stored profile
at the optimum temperature , prior to manufacture . This will stop profile cracking during the manufacturing process , creating waste and loss of valuable time .
A new ‘ Timber Welding System ’ is to be installed . This will transform the manufacture of RESIDENCE products . It means the accuracy and quality of an all-welded product – BUT –
with all the aesthetic looks of a mechanically jointed timber product . Surely a ‘ win win ’ situation by any standard .
The already formidable CWG Choices PVCU Manufacturing facility will be catapulted into an ultra-modern environment , with the very latest manufacturing machines and processes .
So , the near future for CWG Choices is looking good and well catered for ; it just remains to be seen what new ideas and systems will be brought on in 2023 .
