The new build contract was awarded to longstanding Spectus fabricator Highseal Manufacturing Company based in Scunthorpe . The experienced Spectus fabricator was able to meet the exacting specifications , and all products were manufactured under CE Markings and BSI Kitemark ( BS7412 ) accreditations . Holly
