This year marks a major milestone for Diamond Window Systems Ltd, as the family-run business celebrates 25 years of a successful partnership with Eurocell.
Based in Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Diamond Window Systems has built its reputation since 1998 on the pillars of quality, value, and customer care- values that continue to define both the company and its collaboration with Eurocell today.
A Family Business Built on Quality and Commitment
Founded by Richard Lee in January 1998, Diamond Window Systems began as a small family operation with just two people. Today, it has grown into a respected manufacturer of uPVC windows, doors, and conservatory roofs for both the trade and DIY markets, employing a dedicated team of 20.
“ All our fabrication is carried out on-site at our factory in Kirkby-in-Ashfield,” explains Richard Lee, Managing Director.“ We’ ve always focused on providing trade-quality products and service to both installers and homeowners alike. It’ s about giving customers the best of both worlds- professional standards with a personal touch.”
A Partnership Rooted in Trust
Richard’ s connection with Eurocell began even before Diamond Window Systems was established. Already familiar with Eurocell’ s profiles and commitment to quality, he saw an opportunity
to formalise the relationship in 2000, when Diamond Window Systems became an official Eurocell fabricator.
“ It felt like the natural fit,” says Richard.“ Eurocell understood what we were trying to achieve, a dependable supply chain, consistent product quality, and a partner we could trust. That trust has only deepened over the years.”
A Team That’ s Truly Family
One of Diamond Window Systems’ greatest strengths is its people. The close-knit team includes several family members and long-serving colleagues, with some
having been part of the business for more than two decades.
“ We’ ve got team members who’ ve been with us 25 or 26 years,” says Richard.“ My wife, sister-in-law, and son all work here too. It really is a family operation in every sense.
“ We’ ve faced ups and downs, but we’ ve always pulled together. That’ s what makes it special- we’ ve grown by staying steady, reliable, and true to who we are.”
Martin Marsh, The Eurocell Account Manager that has managed the account for the last 12 years, reflects on the long-standing relationship:

‘ THE FASTEST ROOF WINDOW ON THE ROAD’ DEMO TRAILER CAMPAIGN

Twelve months after launching its successful Demo Trailer campaign, award-winning brand Keylite Roof Windows( Keylite) is continuing to support merchants and target installers with its interactive Fastest Roof
Window on the Road campaign in 2026.
Following a successful roadshow across the UK & Ireland in 2025, which included an impressive 48 stops at builders’ merchants nationwide, Keylite is extending the campaign to share its expertise and
product knowledge with merchants and installers alike in 2026.
Hosted at builders’ merchants such as Bradfords, JT Atkinson, Chadwicks and EH Smith among others, installers were invited to discover the latest innovations in roof and window design, watch live demonstrations and get hands-on with products while meeting the Keylite expert team for practical advice.
The campaign enabled Keylite to demonstrate its award-winning features, such as the integrated expanding thermal collar and Flick-Fit brackets, as well as the sash-hinge finger spring for easier installation and the adjustable frame hinge for various roof pitches. These demonstrations gave installers a clear understanding of the performance and benefits of Keylite products.
With its Formula 1-inspired theme, the campaign reinforces the unique selling point that
Keylite Roof Windows can be installed by one person in just two minutes, highlighting the speed, efficiency and ease of installation of Keylite products.
Although the 2025 demo days have concluded with the change of season, Keylite plans to relaunch the campaign in 2026 to build on its success and maintain momentum.
