GET AHEAD WITH HÖRMANN IN 2025

Whilst business has been brisk for Hörmann during 2024 , there is little doubt that 2025 will throw up some challenging times for all sectors of the market . With the cost of living crisis still dominating the headlines and interest rate cuts slowing , end consumers will continue to be careful about their spending . It is to be expected that expenditure on home improvements will fall further into the category of ‘ discretionary spending .’ However , on a more optimistic note there will still be plenty of opportunity to sell and fit quality products that offer value for money and Hörmann UK are positive that they can offer
installers and dealers a strong and profitable partnership .
Last year saw the company further consolidate its ’ position within the composite door market following the launch of their Truedor range in 2023 . During 2025 , the company will continue to strengthen its comprehensive support package for the brand and have a number of new initiatives planned - all aimed at generating valuable sales leads and opportunities . When you add the backing and stability of being part of a multi-national , family owned business , a dedicated Training academy , sustainable manufacturing and one of the most recognisable brands within the home improvements market , there can be little doubt that the Hörmann Truedor range of
doors are set to become a real force within the composite door market .
Hörmann is also uniquely positioned within the overall entrance door market as it is the only company who can offer a truly one-stop solution , with products spanning all price points -from our range of competitive composite doors , a midrange choice of steel doors , to a premium positioned aluminium product . Being the market-leading supplier of garage doors , it also provides added benefits for installers looking for options to expand their product range . The recent introduction of a range of storage options also opens up the expanding outdoor living / garden market with a range of sheds and storage boxes .
The FIT show in May will see Hörmann exhibiting their full range of composite doors , together with specialist products from this range – the Clima63 thermally efficient door , the Platinum44 cost effective steel door and the Draig30 fire door . These will be joined by products from the Hörmann Thermo range of steel and aluminium doors . A new end
consumer website and the expansion of the Installer Rewards programme will also be featured . All together it provides the perfect opportunity for installers and dealers to visit stand H20 and talk to the Hörmann team about how to move forward and make 2025 a success for us all .

EXCEEDING PREDICTIONS AND LOOKING FORWARD TO ANOTHER YEAR OF GROWTH

Last year ’ s predictions really came to full fruition , worldwide tensions escalating , maintaining of interest rates , and even a surprise general election mid-way through the year championed this with what appeared to be a very sheepish quarters one and two .
Having said that , Warmer Roof exceeded its forecasted figures and had seen another year of growth in production , staff , service and new product introductions . In-house building control and the LABC partnership propelled Warmer Roof to the leading class of service within the solid roof industry , lavishing our customers with a plethora of experience , knowledge and trust
allowing them to in turn , succeed in growing their own businesses .
This year ’ s prediction is less uncertainty but more for building on the stable foundations laid . In 2025 , as an industry , we must be ambitious , stable , but ambitious . Call it cautious growth due to several trends and challenges , from energy efficiency demand continually rising to financial
restrictions for the homeowner , given the circumstances within the economy and at the very least , ever improving regulatory and building standards as we ’ ve seen in recent years .
For 2025 , Warmer Roof has had several products that were launched successfully the year previous and building on this tried , tested and trusted methodology will help deliver the
successful package that we strive to offer all our customers .
A bespoke internal-operating software means we endeavour to maintain our KPIs and SLAs with all of our customers , tracking , auditing and improving any shortfall experienced . Key staff members appointed in a range of new departments will help the business effectively answer any challenges faced .
Additions to the fleet of vehicles we have means we can offer more delivery capability , capacity and flexibility for any scenario for our customer and a transformation within the transport department will allow a rejuvenated approach to how we work as a partnership with our customers for their deliveries .
For us as an industry , the call for competition is what drives us every day to navigate these challenges and at the very least be key in thriving in the ever-evolving market .
I look forward to spear heading the challenge in maintaining our position as the largest and number one timber solid roof manufacturer in the country .
