Over the past few years , BSW ’ s growth can only be described as exponential , and to keep up with this we have needed to deploy some new tactics to keep up . Up until recently , there was no direct marketing used as a lot of the growth had been word of mouth . But now BSW have employed a new employee to tackle this hurdle . Currently focusing on email marketing and advertisements , BSW are now able to reach a larger audience to really get our place on the map . As the numbers increased almost every month , keeping a hold of them has now become a major importance , in response to this , we have now also employed a Financial Director to keep a reign over them . As the growth

continues the currently tight-knit team will continue to expand and develop over the coming years .

Expansion of our facilities has now also begun , with a new 25,000 sq ft factory being built just over the road from us which will be dedicated to the fabrication of aluminium products , namely Sheerline .

There are no challenges too great for us here at BSW . A great example of this was the pandemic . Whilst half of the worlds industries closed their doors , we stayed open , even filled a car park full of PVC products ! This not only kept us going through the turbulence but accelerated our growth to new heights . That ’ s just one example of what we face as fabricators , but as we ’ ve now shown , we ’ ll always strive to hit our targets amidst market uncertainty and change .
