Customer service is the mantra in Titan Trade Windows
and has been so since it was established more than 15
years ago. It’s the foundations on which the company
has built its reputation for unrivalled service and has
helped power its growth into one of the industry’s lead-
ing trade window manufacturers.
Workforce

Technology
Investment is key to any successful business and this
is no different at Titan Trade Windows. We consistently
invest in new machinery to ensure the best possible
end product. Investments over the last few years have
included a Haffner Murat CNC machine and a pair of
Haffner Murat 4 Head Welders; these machines com-
plement a previous investment in a Stuga saw and
machining centre.
Delivery
Product Quality
We set the highest standards for product quality; this is
why we use the very best materials in our windows and
doors. Our windows are fabricated from the award-win-
ning UK based Spectus Elite 70mm system, hardware
fitted is a combination of ERA and Fab&Fix, which are
widely regarded as the benchmark products in the
industry.
We’ve learned from our customers that having reliable
deliveries from their supplier is a top priority; without
them, jobs can soon run behind schedule costing valu-
able time and money. At Titan Trade Windows all of our
deliveries are delivered on our own vans by people who
work for us, additionally we contact our customers two
days in advance of their delivery to give a time slot they
can expect it to arrive. All of this ensures you get your
products delivered in good condition and on time.
