The Hawthorns , a new build development by Barratt Homes North Midlands and David Wilson Homes East Midlands , comprises over 300 homes , with a variety of three and four-bedroom houses .

Ford Windows provided a comprehensive range of over 3000 Eurocell ’ s Logik windows and 300 French Doors .

Eurocell ’ s Logik windows and French doors were chosen due to their excellent thermal efficiency credentials and compliance with the latest building regulations , ensuring the homes at The Hawthorns meet high standards of performance , both in terms of energy savings and design .
